Website information is provided for general business information and does not create a consultancy appointment. A consultancy service begins only when scope, fees and terms have been agreed in writing.
3. Digital RAMS products
Each shop item is a downloadable template for the construction activity named on the product. The product description, price and available payment methods are shown before payment. The order is accepted when the checkout confirms it and the digital product is supplied using the Wix store delivery arrangements.
Templates are supplied in English. The customer is responsible for checking that their device and software can open and edit the supplied file format.
4. Licence and permitted use
Purchase gives the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the template for their own business and projects. Copyright and ownership remain with IMERI H&S Partners Ltd.
You must not resell, publish, distribute, sublicense, share as a template library or make the unmodified product available to third parties. A completed project document may be shared with the client, principal contractor, designers, workforce or enforcing authority where that is necessary for the relevant project.
5. Professional-use requirement
A RAMS template is not automatically suitable for a site. Before issue or use, a competent person must review and adapt it to the actual scope, sequence, workforce, equipment, materials, substances, temporary works, interfaces, site rules, emergency arrangements and current legal requirements.
Purchase does not mean that IMERI H&S Partners has reviewed the purchaser's project, accepted a design duty, approved the work or guaranteed acceptance by a client, principal contractor or regulator.
6. Prices and payment
Prices and any applicable tax are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is processed through the provider connected to our Wix store. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order and will refund any payment if an affected order cannot be fulfilled.
7. Digital delivery, cancellation and refunds
Digital products are intended for prompt electronic delivery after successful payment. Cancellation and refund rights depend on whether supply has started and whether the legally required request and acknowledgement for immediate supply were obtained.
Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied. The full process is set out in our Digital products and refunds policy.
8. Liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to those limits, we are not responsible for loss caused by using a template without a competent project-specific review, by inaccurate information supplied by the customer, or by unauthorised alteration or distribution.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights and forum protections that apply to them.
