1. What you are buying
RAMS Shop products are downloadable digital risk assessment and method statement templates. Each product is supplied in English for the activity shown in its title. It is a template requiring competent project-specific review before use.
2. Delivery
After successful payment, the Wix store provides the order confirmation and digital delivery instructions. Check the email address entered at checkout, including its spam or junk folder.
If the download does not arrive or the link does not work, email us with your name, order number, product name and the email address used at checkout. Do not send card details.
3. Immediate access and the 14-day cancellation period
UK consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for a distance contract. For digital content, this right may end once supply begins only where the customer has expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged that starting the download may end the cancellation right.
If the required request or acknowledgement was not obtained, or supply has not started, statutory cancellation rights remain. These rules do not affect remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content.
4. Faulty, incorrect or missing files
If a file is corrupted, materially different from its description, the wrong product was delivered, or it cannot be downloaded using the supplied link, contact us promptly. We will investigate and, as appropriate, provide a working replacement, correct file, price reduction or refund in line with applicable law.
5. Duplicate orders
If you accidentally pay twice for the same product, send both order references. Once verified, the duplicate charge will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Change of mind after download
Where immediate supply was properly requested, the required acknowledgement was given and the download has started, a change-of-mind cancellation may no longer be available. We will never use this policy to remove rights that the law gives you.
7. How to request help, cancellation or a refund
Email info@imerihealthandsafetypartners.co.uk with your name, order number, product name, purchase date and a short explanation. We may ask for reasonable proof of purchase, but never your full card details.
